If you are 65 or older, you are eligible for a 15% discount on all City of O’Fallon services. That is right, you get a 15% discount on Trash, Recycle, Water and Sewer services. Just go to the Cashier’s Office at City Hall and show them your drivers license and your next bill will be 15% less. It is that simple.
